Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the third and long-lasting series: "The World Through an Our Eyes.."
This week Natasha is back with a new featured episode of ‘Pick Our Brain Session’ where she will be joined once again by the amazing Holly Martinson to discuss some deep and interesting topics that they are discovering during their coaching experiences.
Holly Martinson is a former public and private school teacher and has 20+ years of experience in the field of Coaching and Special Education. Currently, she is an Integrative Executive Function Coach with Patient Minds, of which she is the owner and founder.
The topic of self-care is a huge one in the Neurodivergent world. Holly and Natasha discuss the many interpretations of it, the importance of taking care of ourselves, and the benefits it can offer. It is also mentioned how hard self-care can be and how it can look different for each individual. In this episode, they discuss some energy theories and how to find your own way to do it, so you can truly be at your very best!
